Terms and conditions
Payment in cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). An additional banking fee will be charged for EFT transactions. Neuhof Safaris unfortunately do not accept cheques and do not provide any credit card facilities. No refunds on deposits will be made in case of cancellation one month prior to the Hunting Safari.
Rates and fees include:
- Airport assistance in the arrival/departure
- Travel to and from Windhoek Airport (Hosea Kutako International)
- Accommodation-thatch roof lodge and chalets
- Laundry & cleaning services
- Three delicious meals (evening meals consisting of appetiser, mains & desserts)
- Good selection of red & white wines
- Variety of beers, liquors and soft drinks
- Slow roasted bean coffee and juices
- Licensed Professional Hunters, Trackers & Skinners
- Hunting permits of plains game
- Hunting vehicles
- Snacks and beverages while hunting
- Field preparation and preparation of raw trophies
- Packing and delivery of trophies to an approved taxidermist
- All road transport to and from other hunting areas
The animal rate includes:
- Animal trophy
- Skinning
- Cleaning
Rates and fees exclude:
- Hotels and airfares before and after the Hunting Safari
- International and domestic air travel
- Personal insurance cover
- Transport to other areas on client’s request for example Swakopmund, Etosha etc.
- Rifles to rent for 30 Euro per day. Ammunition are at cost price.
- The following relating to taxidermist services will be for your account: All trophies need to go to a taxidermist for preparation of the skin before shipment back to your home country. You can also have the trophy completely finished here before shipment to your home, depending on your preference. The taxidermist will apply for the export permit. (Insurance, forwarding, packing, dipping and shipping costs of trophies).
