Terms and conditions
- Payment in cash, travelers check or electronic transfer (unfortunately we do not accept cheques)
- No refunds on deposits will be made in case of cancellation of the safari
Rates and fees include:
- Airport assistance in the arrival/depart
- Travel to and from Windhoek Airport( Hosea Kutako)
- Accommodation-thatch roof lodge and chalets
- Daily laundry & cleaning services
- Three delicious meals (evening meals consisting of starters, mains & desserts)

- Hunting permits of plains game

- Packing and delivery of trophies to an approved taxidermist

The animal rate includes:

Rates and fees exclude:
- Hotels and airfares before and after the Safari
- International and domestic air travel
- Personal insurance cover
- Transport to other areas on client's request
- Personal items
- A selection of hard liquor alcoholic beverages
- Rifles to rent for 30 Euros per day. Bullets are 5 Euros each.
- The following relating to taxidermist services will be for your account: All trophies need to go to a taxidermist for preparation of the skin before shipment back to you. You can also have the trophy completely finished here before shipment to you depending on your decision. The taxidermist will apply for the export permit. (Insurance, forwarding, packing, dipping and shipping costs of trophies)
